Surroundings

The beach of Raversijde, just across the street, is always quiet. There are some toys for the children.

The apartment invites you to go outside and enjoy the 'Belgian' weather. With sun on the beach, but also in rain and storm: leave with the wind at your back along the seawall or the beach and return via the dunes or with the coastal tram.

The Raversijde stop of the coastal tram is immediately nearby. The coastal tram takes you to Ostend train station and further to Knokke, the other direction goes over Middelkerke and Westende to De Panne.

The provincial nature park Raversyde with the AtlantikWall and the Prince Charles domain can be seen from the bedrooms. A little further through the dunes, the seawall or the beach you arrive in Middelkerke.

You can also walk to Ostend along the seawall or the beach. Via the dunes you pass the dune church with the grave of the painter James Ensor.

The car can be parked in the street for free, but during the day the duration is limited to 8 hours. A little further along the seawall, the parking duration is unlimited.
